Writing about technology could be a large topic, but be sure that it is very interesting to know a little bit about the past, present and future of technology in all aspects of our daily life. It is clear for everyone that technology in all fields is very important to improve our quality of life; every day we are full of technology and we are influenced by this in a direct or indirect form. Talking about the future of technology in electronic devices is so interesting because some people can’t imagine which is the state of art of electronic and can’t imagine what kind of things could be possible in a near future.
The word technology only took sense in 20th century, especially in the Second World War when all powerful countries saw the need of creating and d
eveloping new and better technologies to have a plus over their enemies. It’s for that reason that is considered the Second World War like a necessary evil. The real base for the world that we know today surged with this war when the most important elements for the current electronic were created; those elements were the transistor and a short time after the chip.
In only fifty years electronics have advanced more than in a century. Today we are “affected” by technology in all aspects of our life. It’s a need for all professionals more than luxuries are soak in technology. Every day we use a lot of electronic devices in different aspects of our lives such as: job, social and idleness life. Technology tends to create small but complex devices that let the user has quickly access to different services. For example in a mobile phone of last technology, we can find a lot of services that are useful to accelerate our lives such as: internet, GPS, video player, music player, webcam, video calls, etc. If you are a lover of technology you can make your life easy integrating all that you need through a unique portable device. For example, if you get an intelligent fridge you can send one order to your fridge and it’ll make the buy with all things that you need using internet. With a good computer you can have a Blue Ray player, DVD player, music, games, internet and all that you need for an entertainment place at the same time that you have a complete workstation.
However technology in electronic is not only for entertainment and work, the advances in Bioelectronics is a hope for a lot of people that have a mutilation. Today exist a lot of researches working to a great rate to make intelligent prosthesis that can be integrated with the human. In a near future, will be possible to get a prosthetic arm or leg that you could manage trough your thoughts. In Colombia there are a few people that work hard in the field of electro medicine, such as Jorge Reynolds who was the person that constructed the first pacemaker in Colombia.
To imagine how fast is the advance of technology come back fifty years ago when a computer was bigger than a bed. In only fifty years it was possible to made desktops, laptops, minilaptops, PDA, palms and a lot of devices with a great appearance, services, and performance. Every day we can see greatest machines more efficiently and chipper than ever, today everyone has a computer and it is not a luxury device, it is a necessary device.

vances in the field of electronic, the fields that have been worked by these countries are communications, robotics, automatization, control, materials and others. Thanks to countries like Japan, we could see in a short time robots that will be independent and have an artificial intelligence. In other words we’ll see robots that could learn different activities and could establish a normal conversation with a human. In this aspect, there has been a polemic to know which is the limit of technology and it is important to establish in what point technology will become a factor that affect our lives instead of improving our quality of life.
Finally is clear that we are immersed in technology and for that reason we need to know all about new technologies because it makes our lives easy and practical, today we can share a lot of experiences, ideas through a unique simple but useful device. Maybe in the future, we can have all that have a ultimate generation mobile together with additional things such as: drive our car, manage our house, watch our children, a lot of practical things and all that we can imagine through a unique small and powerful device that could be in our budget, however we should keep in mind that the aim of technology is make our life faster and better and never the opposite.
